About the event
When the New Year comes, our minds often shift to change. What we want to change. What we hope changes. What we may fear may never change. Transitions are a normal part of life, but they can be difficult to navigate; even when we are the one deciding to make the change. This workshop will explore why change can be tough and some strategies to navigate it.
